Default Lowering question

Is it possible to lower a Deluxe? If it is, where can I find the lowering kits? I have only being able to find the front end lowering kit but not for the rear.

You can lower a Deluxe just like any other Softail keeping in mind that it's already an inch lower from the factory. You can get the bolts, shocks like the 422's or what I understand is the Cadillac - the Shotgun shocks (air shocks). I went with the Progressive 422s. The Shotgun was out of my price range.

Go for the shotgun it gives you an awesome ride and the ability to slam it or raise it on command

Shotgun shock if you can afford it or Progressive 422's if you can't. I have been running Progressives for over a year now and I am happy with them.

Shotgun can be a little spendy but if you have the budget it is the only way to go. Fully adjustable ride height and ride quality (firmness & rebound).

You won't regret it!

I went with the lowering bolts for $25 until I had the cash to buy the Shotgun air ride
