Got 80,000 on my 02 Duece and love it. One of my favorite Harley designs. Very clean and simple lines reminiscent of 70's choppers. I will agree with some others though when it comes to the rear fender - sometimes it looks ok and other times I think a fender change would look better... Kinda like some chicks.
Looks good man, welcome aboard. I dont have any first hand knowledge about problem areas, but do a search and you'll find something...or not.
I'm not a fan of the tank or rear fender, but do like the front end and clean, smooth styling. The Silver and Blue is one of my favorite paint schemes also. Good job!
It has a touring seat on it ,want to go with something sleeker.. already has a 180 on the back, still needs lowered , its an 02 with 10,500 gave $8500 ant suggestions ?????
Bought a new one in 2006 ( I think) and loved it but.... hated the rear fender. Looked like crap and like every other ride out there. This is just my opinion but now have a fatboy. Total crap in the designers eyes at HD in my opinion. Other than the rear fender it is a great bike/ride.......Enjoy it

Why did u buy it? Love my deuce, rear fender is why... Distinctive from the rest...

Good point and to each there own. Loved everything about the deuce BUT the rear fender. Just like I like the rocker but do not like the gap between the fender and seat, also like the Fatboy lo but do not get the matte black/ powder cote black thing going on from the mo co.
The same goes for my fatboy, like it but everything you work on on it turns into a disaster and not one thing goes smooth and hate the tank decals but still own one.
All nice rides in my opinion and some $ can fix anything-LOL

Bought my 01 Deuce in late 2000. At that time when I was ready to buy, I wanted the softail custom. But Harley had dropped it from the line up and the Deuce took its place. I was disappointed because I didn't like the rear fender on the new deuce. But bought anyway and have been happy ever since. By the way, a 200 tire in rear
