Custom Dyno Tuning
I have a n07 night train with screaming eagle intake, samson ripsaw exhaust with no baffles and a dyno jet power commander III usb tuner on it. Last fall when i noticed at cruising that it was not smooth and kinda popping, only at cruise around 35-45 mph. At wide open throttle or low speeds sounds fine. I am wondering if anyone has done custom dynoe tuning as i have already tried a half of dozen tunes from dyno jet and im not happy with it. I live in the chicago land area. Any recommendations of shops or tuners for new fuel injected bike tuning would be great.

Dyno Tuner
I went through the same problems with my various combos over time, none of the canned maps from Dyno Jet were satisfactory. Finally took it to a professional dyno tuner ( someone that will actually spend some time, diligently tweaking your bike across the full rpm range to get the perfect end result.) Don't be fooled by someone who will just write you great Hp and Tq numbers. Yeah it's gonna cost ya couple of yards, but it's worth it ! Sorry I can't recommend anyone in your area but I'm sure if you ask around you'll find out who to stay away from.
