I ordered a shorter windshield off ebay (bkrider.com) and put it on today. It was listed on ebay as being just "aftermarket", but upon arrival was a memphis shades replacement shield. It is awesome quality and a perfect match to the OEM hardware.
It is a 17 inch, lightly tinted shield and it is the perfect replacement for the stock shield that I was looking through (not over). It was 67 bucks plus shipping.
that lower tinted shield looks great...I had a similar one on my Road King.
The black framed one HD sells is perfect for the Fat Boy Lo...except the shield is 21 inches and clear. I'm considering buying one and changing out the plastic...thanks for the link.
