Default Tire Sizes

Hey everyone. New to the forum. Just bought my first Harley.Been wanting one for years, but put alot of other things first like buying a house etc. I picked up a 2001 Deuce. My question is how wide of a tire can I put on the factory rear wheel. Any help would be appreciated.

Just put a 180/60-17 Dunlop on the rear of my '02 Deuce, needed a spacer kit for the clearance at the belt but it looks kool. also shed the license plate bracket off the fender. to answer your question, that's about the widest you can go without major mods.
