looks like Supertrapp Mean Mothers II Shorty Drag Pip with optional Turned Down end caps. (the end caps can be rotated)

It also could be a set of BUB Jugg Huggers. This is not my listing but the picture was the only one i could find. The Samsons and these look just about the same. IMO
