The cats are in the stock mufflers, not sure what that has to do with 2.25" baffles for the Rush mufflers.

So what's the question? Don't you already have Rush slip-on mufflers?

If not, buy them with whatever size baffle you want. If you're asking about programming, not necessary. With one change, either exhaust or intake, programming isn't required (although it would run better regardless). Change both, then yes you would need to do something with the tuning.

I have the Rush slip ons with the 1.75 baffle and an A/C from Frantic Cycles. Didn't do anything. The 2010 and up models have the 4 wire o2 sensors. They can adjust to minor changes. Mine runs like a top.

2010 Road King must be different then... Complete with photos and video about removing a cat from the header.

I went with the V&H black slip ons.

You'll end up getting all three. Mufflers, A/C, then a fuel management system. You can run the mufflers without any changes. The A/C makes the big difference. By the way. I'm running Rush and love them along with stage one and PC-V.
