Default Kury Lighting Issues

Hello All!

Here is my set up and issues...

Set Up: Silver bullets LEDs turn signals in the front, rear and rear tail light. Running the Run Turn Stop Module with two pre wired 3 pin pitails for load EQ. Installed Load EQ compatible with security system, another one on the 2nd pigtail, spliced another one in to that one. (purple to purple and Black to black) Battery Full Charge.

Issue: Security light still blinks, neither turn signal will work, right front light not working. Flashing option work per normal.

Same issues exist with 2 or 3 load EQ's installed....maybe the 3rd one should be installed in fwd turn signal harness??

Thanks for any insight.

Which run, brake, turn module are you using... usually that is all you need. Do not need additional load equalizers. If your module is plug and play thats all you need to do. At this point after you plug and play, you may have to reset your security system... should be in structions with the security module.

I have the same set up on mine. Let me think here how I ran it. Used Run / Break with 2 load EQ all plug ang play. Why did u have to splice in one ? Check that all your ground wires are in the right spots in the rear tail light box. On normal turn signal bulb you can mix up the ground and hot and it will still work. With LED u cant.

I spliced in the third one because the security light was still on. I am good in the rear for sure. Btw...I am using the kury module. I will try to reset security system and go from there.

Does the bike have to be on the jiffy stand to reset the pin?

Ok...My battery was running just low enough to mess everything up. So I charged it and the bike is now in running condition. I have removed all load EQs and when I hit the brakes all run/turn/brake functions work. The turn signals blink normal speed about five time or so and then they start to blink faster. Is this normal? Also, my "hands free" security system will not "poll" neither one of my fobs. I have to enter the pin every time...what gives? I have never had to do that before.

Thank for the help so far. Btw...ground wires in the tail are wired correctly.

Now you need the equalizers in order to "slow down" the turn signals... Your system is not totally reset... follow the instructions for resetting bike with HSFM.

By HSFM I assume you are talking about the service manual?

No... your bike is equipped with a TSM, TSSM, or a HSFM module for security. It is a different procedure to reset these three security systems. Instructions for each should have been included with the Kury module. If not "google" each one and follow the procedure... if all else fails let me know and I will send you the sequences.
