I like the little things. The pushrod tubes are nuts, the coil for horn swap, the round oil tank...... I would have pulled the seat post and I personally would lose the Kury fuel gage and cap set in favor of a black flush mount from HD. I think that would really set off the tank on that thing.
Otherwise I only wish I was as far along as you. Looks great.
Only problem with pulling the seat post is the bike is an EVO not a TC. Frame could collapse if the post is pulled, it's a welded-in ingeral part of the frame......
I think you'd done a great job Tip!

Bingo, you said it bro!
If I had cut it out it would've been a convertible. It's not like the newer frames that use a bolt in seat post. Trust me, if I could have done it it would've been done!
No fuel gauge either. It's a 1995 bike and not a 2005. They are simply screw in vented caps. The newer all black ones from Harley will not work on these Fatbob tanks.
I usually don't like the blacked out bike with chrome, but the way you have your sled set up it really works on yours. It looks very well thought out with a unique style that stands alone. Your attention to detail has also paid off. Definitely need to clamp up the speedo like you said.
