Default Fat Boy Engine Guard

After reading all of these threads on Engine Guards I am interested in putting one on my 2003 Fat Boy. I do not want the Mustache style so that leaves the Classic or the Nostalgic style. Anyone have a reason why one is better than the other? Hopefully some of you guys will be able to post some pics of Fat Boys with the Classic Engine Guard or the Nostalgic Engine Guard to help make my decision easier.

Thanks,
Josh

I don't think one is better than the other, I would have to say that a lot depends on your tastes, likes and dislikes. Wish you the best on your decision.

I agree, but I will say that I think a Fatboy looks wrong without one.

Hey Josh, I realize you said you don't want the mustache style and I thought I didn't either but I just bought a 2011 Fatboy in Erie and had them put them on before I picked it up and can honestly say they look like they were made for the bike.

I like the nostalgic one better although it is not the one I have. It is a little more stylish in my opinion.

The Kuryakyn Ergo Plus. Best looking crash bar I've seen on a Fatboy yet.

check out BR custom bars... I just ordered the "meat hooks" to match my sweeping beaters apes. Stylish and also functional
