KB409C, Kieth Black Silvolite 103" Hypereutectic Piston Set, $162.76
24H, Andrews Camshafts, $295.00
SE Heavy Duty Clutch Spring $25.00
0.030" Head Gasket, Cometic, $58.72
Used 96” Cylinders, $25.00
Bore 96” Cylinders for 103" Pistons, $150.00
RA8HC Champion Spark Plugs, $2.98 ($1.49 each)
Top end gasket set, $45.00

Total $764.46

I did most of my shopping via eBay over about a month or so.

I also changed the Oil and Filter and used about 3 or 4 cans of Brake Clean

Very satisfying results for what I wanted. I could have saved a few $ by using SE255 Cams but the dynamic compression would have probably required compression releases and I also wanted the power and torque curve a few hundred RPM higher than the SE255's deliver.

I feel like the best was to go it to bore and work work your existing jugs and heads. It may not be quite as much hp but it seems to save about $600. With the screaming eagle kit they just "throw out" your existing heads and jugs and it drive the price up in my opinion. Fuelmoto kit would be the way I would go if I had a local builder that but tune and install it but they want to use there own brand of parts. Hopefully I will figure some thing out really soon. Harley of Greenville will actually tune with my power commander so that opens up another option.

+1. Price is reasonable for what you get and it comes with the Wood 555 cam.

There are several kits that can get you in the area of 100/100 just make sure these numbers are where you want them for your style of riding. Personally I like the tq to come on strong and early.

I recently read an article about a kit by Cyclerama that seems very interesting. It's a 100/100 kit that goes above 100tq at around 2400 rpm and stays there past 5000 rpm and does this with a compression ratio of 9.5:1. I don't have any idea about pricing but if I was going to build a good reliable "street" motor I would certainly start by checking into this kit.

Let us know which way you decide to go. Good Luck!
I'd like to have this one on my bike.

Damn I wish I lived in America...

But I don't, I live in Norway, where everything is expensive as F@kk. So I called a Swedish shop, which is cheaper than Norway to get some prices. S&S 106" with ported top = $7000, and that's without the heavier clutch-spring and tuning....

Looks like I'm gonna end up with a SE 103" stage 2. Just want a little more grunt all over, don't really care about numbers, and I wanna be able to drive it in the rain without losing the backend. So I guess the SE will be satisfying...

Can't you have the parts you want imported from the States? I live in Japan and stuff is expensive over here, too, plus Harley is making it more difficult to get their stuff from overseas, but there are ways around that; and it's still way cheaper than buying parts over here. I would just email the company whose parts you want and see if they can send them to you in Norway. Unless duties are more expensive than the parts you are going to buy, importing should definitely be an option to consider...
