Can a get a list of big bore kits out there? I know fuelmoto, screaming eagle, s&s, and what else? Also if you run one of these kits whats your opinion on it and if you would change any thing. I know i will not go with the screaming eagle because the price! But what else is there out there? I'm also thinking woods 555 cams any opinions on those? Any help is appreciated!

Call Scott up at Hillside Cycle, a forum sponsor. If you can do some wrenchin', he'll set you up with the right combo. I think they can go to 107" using your cylinders, wiseco pistons and he's a big fan of the wood's cams. He's a great guy and very helpful, give him a call.

I'm in the same boat but I've done some digging on the 107" big bore kits. T-Man Performance, Drago's Bike Works, GMR Performance and Fuel Moto have some impressive kits and offer a nice variety of stages with different HP/TQ ratings. I haven't decided myself on who to go with yet. I've been cautioned by the builders on big HP/TQ #'s with stock bottom end. I'm curious if anyone is running above the 120 HP/TQ mark with the stock bottom end and pounding the motor and not having any problems yet.

I ride the hell out of mine so I question the stock bottom end also. But I guess when it comes apart I will start over. But im hoping just to break 100hp mark. I appreciate the help.

Most of the builders I mentioned have rather inexpensive kits that will produce around 100hp. Some of the builders just mentioned that if your motor is in the 120 range, you could eventually (sooner than later) have bottom end failure if you pounce on it regularly.

I have a T-Man kit and have been very satisfied.

There are several kits that can get you in the area of 100/100 just make sure these numbers are where you want them for your style of riding. Personally I like the tq to come on strong and early.

I recently read an article about a kit by Cyclerama that seems very interesting. It's a 100/100 kit that goes above 100tq at around 2400 rpm and stays there past 5000 rpm and does this with a compression ratio of 9.5:1. I don't have any idea about pricing but if I was going to build a good reliable "street" motor I would certainly start by checking into this kit.

Let us know which way you decide to go. Good Luck!

Check out protwin.com and get ahold of Kevin Baxter. I'm running a HQ95st kit on my Heritage and very happy with it.
