Got a few things left to do, like take off the front fender bracket and going to make a seat mount bracket that will scoot it back a couple of inches. 2" drop in the rear as well. Just wanted to see what folks thought...any suggestions?

The only suggestion I could make would be to convert over to a jockey shift. But, that's something you would have to be into, as it is a completely different style of riding. But, it would fit your bike nicely.
