It’s not mid, I use switchblades and on long stretches of road with them out I can move back for a more mid peg feel come to a stop and close them up. I put lock tight on threads and have had no problems they hold position.

sledhead, I had been wanting to put mid pegs on my bike for a long time and eventually settled on this ugly contraption for long trips. It is super comfortable.

If you want solid mounted mid pegs, I think you would have to weld Dyna type mounts to your frame.

I put my feet on the rear pegs. Rests my back and allows my legs to do something different. Anyone know what set up Roland Sands uses on his bikes?

Seems to me that clamps, extensions and pegs can be had at Kuryakan if not from a dozen suppliers......

Yeah, I searched high and low for the same thing but came up empty. Tried the passenger pegs too but wasn't that comfortable for me. If you have a spare foot peg laying around or even just some round bar stock, you should try my patent-pending cam cover footrest - it is very comfortable.
