blind whole bearing puller for inner cam bearings
bearing installer or use old cams and gently tap in with rubber mallet.
Your manual has a parts break down with part numbers. May not need all the above. Just depends on how cams align and if you want to reuse some things.
1 Cam cover gasket 25244-99A
1 Front cam circlip 11461
1 Cam spacer kit 25928-06 (might not need, can take back if not used)
2 O-rings - oil passage 11301 (3 if you remove the oil pump)
(12) pushrod-tube o-rings (top, middle, bottom, 4 ea)
Exhaust gaskets if yours are bad
Torrington inner cam bearings and tool (if you choose to replace)
