Would it be possible to mount heritage fenders and big forks on my standard? I know the front wheel size is probably different. But could this be a poor mans way to upgrade my FXST? Thanks for you honest opinions. I know it may sound crazy, but i cant afford to move into the Road King or Deluxe stage yet.
Well I started off here last summer, and had no responses to my question. Since then Ive found the answers. So to anyone who thinks they have a dumb question,...you dont. Here are the before and during pics No after shots... Im not done yet!

That looks more old school FL then the factory Heritage bikes. Nice job on that!

Thanks for the looks all. Next changes, FL front end, Fishtail pipes and i think im done! I was offered a great deal on a used Road King, but I said man Im still having fun building my Softail.!Ride Safe - see you on the Pacific Coast Hwy
Id like to. The rims I have now are 18's. Ive done some catalog shopping, and the ones Ive seen for 18's have little to no white wall, cause their low profile. Nice Deluxe!
