If you just got a download from the dealer I would suspect that its the tune...especially if its sputtering around the same rpm range....not getting enough fuel and bogging a little.

I'm a little skeptical about that, because the bike has ran great since I had the retune done (about 3 weeks). It started almost immediately after I filled up with gas.
