Question 07 deluxe problem !!!

Yesterday I finished up wiring in an audio system and had the tank off like, after I put it back together to go for a ride, it started very rough and like one cylinder was hitting. I had changed the fuel line and crossover line while it was off so I had to drain the tank.
I had zero problems before. I couldn't ever get to run regularly so I put it back in the garage.
It had a hard time starting, turning over but not firing, when it did it was rough with only the rear cylinder hitting with compression. I thought it was where there was air or no gas in the line to begin. I tried to let it run out but no luck.

Any ideas with this little amount of info???

Check the fault codes and see if it is throwing a code. You might possibly have knocked a spark plug wire loose so you might check those.

shew got it, was looking back over everything and saw a connector right behind the intake that had come undone. Not exactly sure what it is but some sort of sensor for the front cylinder, dis-assembled again hooked it back, now its back in business!

Make sure that both spark plug wires are connected nice and tight.

Disregard. I see you already fixed the problem.
