I changed the bars on my 2000 Fatboy to mini beach bars. I like the new bars , but now the switch covers wont tighten up enough. I believe the stock Fatboy bars are 1 1/4 " while the Burly's are only 1" where the controls are. Anyone else run into this ?

Reason: wrong terminology
hspring03 might have something there. the bars are internally wired. I'm going to check , maybe the wires are in the way. They aren't sloppy , just not tight enough. No problem with the left side , only the right...... thanks guys and no problems with the jokes you guys are great !
