Rubber Remover

Does anyone have a good solution for removing boot rubber from my crome pipes? Yes my wife rested the heel of her new boot on top of the pipes.

My wife does the same thing. I usually just wait for a time when the pipes are hot and wipe it off with a rag. Hot enough to melt on, hot enough to wipe off.

a friend of mine uses windex and tin foil yes tin foil. It scraches the pipe a little bit though. Just spray on and rub it takes a little while.

I've heard of people using a real copper penny on them before (to scrape it off), but I've never tried it.

I have that problem also. Too lazy to lift my feet out like I should I guess. I use Turtle Wax chrome polish and a little elbow grease with good success.
