Curious why you would post this in the Softtail section - perhaps you would get better response in the Touring section... with three Softtails in this months contest, coming over here to ask Softtail riders to vote for Whiskers seems to miss the mark of your intended audience I feel. Whiskers has a very fine looking ride and is doing very well on his own... the baggers have never had a problem with BOTM in fact the very first BOTM went to a Bagger and there are 4 (GMoney, Topper, Lil_Gmac2, and BountyHunter) that will be in this years BOTY competition already if whiskers doesn't win... not sure what it is you are looking for here but it seems to be a very fair representation of bikes across the board so far - in fact Dynas, V-Rods and Sporty's ought to be the ones that feel left short.
Geez, talk about crying in your beer. Touring bikes just don't have the classy looks that the Softies do. They look like two wheeled cars. Road Kings are the exception though.
What about a BOTM for each model of bike? Just a suggestion, and im sure it would be tons more work to do it. Seperate moderator for each class, that is familiar with the model. That way there are no favorites, everyone can vote on what they ride/prefer/favor. Each member could vote once in each class. Ide even help out if asked, i think it would be pretty cool.
