Default tail light ground wire

Wiring help please!
I just purchased an after market tail light/license plate braket for my 84 soft tail. The OEM tail light is self grounding. The after market light has a ground wire. Where would be the best place to attach the ground wire?
thanks

just attach it to the mounting bolt on the light where it is bolted to the fender and it will be fine.

+1

Just make sure that there is no paint between the wire and the frame. A good ground is important.

Thanks for the info. I thought/hoped that might work.
