Those are speedometer diagnostic codes (d01 through d10). Yours show the letters "clr" following the code indicating that particular code is clear. If it had thrown that code the letters "set" would follow the code number.

Normally to access the diagnostic mode that shows these codes you have to depress the speedo reset switch while turning on the ignition.

Since you just replaced the bars, I'd suspect a pinched and shorted wire in that speedo reset circuit such that when you turn on the ignition it thinks you have the speedo reset button depressed.

That's where I'd start looking.

Good luck.

Good luck.
That makes perfect sense I had some problems with the speedo reset button.
It fell apart when I was trying to unhook it.
I guess I didn't get it back together right.
Any advice or a diagram on how it goes together?

I guess the switch was shorting out after I put it back together.
Lucky for me the next time I turned on the ignition it worked!
