Couple Pics

Stripped it down, was taken down farther than this...but hardly any pics were taken. The only thing left was the engine in the frame, had to take the harness completely off and check for damage from the acid spilling outta the battery, replaced just about everything and checked for unseen damage.

Sent the tins off for Pearl Blue over Black with hand laid Pale Blue and Gold striping and tossed on some 96 Heritage decals.

Everything checked and replaced, lowered 2 1/2" front and 2" rear...back on it's wheels and upon the lift.

Ready to Roll with a clean and clear title.

To celebrate I rode the Bar Hopper over to a local Rally, had a few celebration drinks and the Sportster got a Tattoo, LOL.
Everything on the Sportster was made by me in my machine shop...with the exception of the seat and saddlebag. I machined a oil pump for a guy who does hand made leather work and in return he made me a seat, the saddlebag my wife had made from a local leather worker. There are way to many pics of the build so I will give you a before and after and should you all want any pics of specific parts being made just ask and i'll post em up. There was no money spent on this bike, it was all machined by me or traded for in return for services.
