02 engine codes

Looking for a Lil help..my 02 heritage twin cam 88b is giving me two engine codes, 23 and 41. Engine light is on constantly and it loses power while riding. Stalls etc. Any suggestions? Bad injector?

if this was a 80's gm product the 23 would be a coolant sensor and the 41 would be a lean condition..
