Correction the bike is 16,220 plus 325.00 for security system and 190.00 dealer prep.I would be buying out of state and when I got back to Phx would be paying around 8% sales tax and 250 tags. So grand total around 18,500 what do you all think??

That sounds about right. The dealer near me has a colored one with no alarm for 18.1k and a couple with the wheel option for 18.7 OTD. And our tax is 7%.

I wouldn't add in sales tax and registration costs into the total of the bike. The dealer has no control over that.

Have you totaled it up on the H-D website? Checked with any other dealers?

Do you gotta have a Night train? The Softail Standard is cheeper and basically is the same bike except for the color of the engine, the handlebars and the seat. Just some things for you to think about.

Wish I had there decisions to make, good luck with your choice!

My '07 black denium Night Train with the "optional wheel package" (I could have done without that part) was 17,665 out the door.
