Well always seems like people post up when they have bought or gotten a different bike so I'll tag along. Just traded my Dyna for a Heritage a couple weeks ago and absolutely love the bike. The ride is so much smoother than my Dyna was. Those long rides are are gonna be a lot better on the Heritage and my back already loves me for it.
Good luck with your new Heritage. I just bought mine three weeks ago -- traded up from a Sporty. It is night and day and my only regret not doing it sooner. Ride safe.
You went (from) an Ultra to a Heritage? Right on!!
I get a stiffy for a touring model now & then.
Overall the Heritage is a great bike. Very versitile.
OP got a nice bike. And likes the ride better than a Dyna.
This is getting better and better. I do want to ride an FLD
though.
