Belt slippage.... Normal?

I"d have a talk with UR Indy.........
I've had my rear tire change the last 3 times by my Indy,, if I had a issue as U have I'd be back their in a hurry.....
I trust my indy or I ain't going back to him.... period......
Ain't no cuse for poor workmanship..... no-way,, no-how....period....
