Default SE AC question

I have a SE Stage 1 AC on my bike with the factory cast looking back plate. I want to repace the back plate with a chome one. The factory one has the two, what I will call breather bolts that look like the have a plastic head on them, at least that is what it looks like to me. The question is, how do these come out without a phillips head or something to put a wrench on. I know it's a lame question but don't know who else to ask. Thanks,

Just use a screwdriver or a pair of needle nose pliers top pull those off. They route the excess oil back into the engine
