Has anyone made their own seat pan. Poly gel seat pan kit looks pretty straight forward. Just checking to see if anyone has any experience with making thier own seat pan.

 

Take an old seat, use it to make a form, then form one from fiberglass with alterations to the shape using a cut off wheel (wear a mask).

I wouldn't recommend ANY gel except for GelTek's. It's not a gel, it's a waffle gel.
