Default Heritage risers questions

I like the feel of my stock Heritage bars, but would like a little more height since I'm so tall. My questions are:

What height are the stock risers, and how high can I go without having to change any hoses or cables?

What risers would allow me to use my stock HD top clamp?

My risers were just under 2". I doubt you can go much higher without new lines, but some may chime in who have...

Try a set of the 4.5" pullback risers from a Deluxe. They'll work just fine, but you'll have to use the Deluxe top clamp also.

Thanks for the info, hdgzr, but I think I want straight risers, no pullback.

That's cool, just as a point of reference, the pullbacks take the bars up about 3 inches or so, so I know you can go at least that high. My stock risers measured 1".
