Tighter than a 12 year old!!! I had to take off the front fender rail and Im going to have to wheel off the bracket that tucks under the fender to get it to work again. Shouldnt be a big deal. But man. so much for bolting this $hit right up. Ive got hours and hours into this already. they do look sweet though.
Secondly, when I put my front rail on it rubbed on the test ride so I had to haul up on the fender and re-tighten it down but once I got it into position the tab clearance was ok...I did consider buzzing it off though
I just got the new spacer yesterday. The original spacer between the sprocket and rear hub was off by about 1/4 of an inch. The belt was tracking to the inside of the front sprocket. Did not like it and it did not look very safe.
I should have everything wrapped up by tonight. Keep your fingers crossed!!! I will say this; the front tire is so sick!!!
