In used heelrest with the pegs for my wife and they worked great and you can adjust the height and still have the pegs.

Snake , I will get some pics of it when I get back home. It will b the weekend. But if u remove the lowest forward bolt on fender strut/ frame mount, that's where I mounted the pegs. They work awesome ! And its a cheap mod !

Dude, I'm trying (and not trying to picture) that set-up. Sounds like your wife would look like she was in the stirrups at the doctor's office with pegs that high! Kind of a Gyno-cycle! Take a picture - or not.
