Background info: always wanted abike but too tight to spend the cash, wife suprises me with a 06 Deuce for my 40th Bday [sm=smiley20.gif], completed the MSF, drank the kool-aid, logged about 800 miles so far.
With the 1000 mile inspection coming up what should I do? Everything is stock. What are must haves for aDeuce? Any suggestions?
Thanks keystone.I guess performance would be my first playground. I definetly want to getlouder pipes. Not alarm setting but louder than the stocks. After scanning the forums I guess I'll be playing with looks forever.
I've been going crazy with chrome!
plus I just added a mustang solo seat , I got the passenger pad just in case I need to ride two up, I also have the Deuce short sissy bar and luggage rack, got a HD bag that fits over the sissybar backrest and sits on the rack for trips where I'll need to carry some stuff (whenever that may be!).
but for about 90% of the time the solo seat will be on by itself.[8D]
I also just ordered a new revtech 18 x5.5 rear wheel with a 180 tire on it, got a chrome pulley and polished rotors coming too.
