Excellent topic,

I have dropped my Blackline off for the V&H's install and they are going to drop in a 204 Cam in my 96 engine. Now I have never installed a cam on my Harley before, so I am hoping its worth it

I know I started looking at a more aggressive cam, but in the end, most ridding is done at lower rpms and I'd rather be able to roll on a pull away from my buddies then worry about them catching me a mile down the road... I'll keep my 255's

Lots of cams to pick from.

Why don't U look in the two threads we have in here that show all the dyno sheets.
In these threads U can see what was used and the sheet will show U where the TQ is with them.

For mid to upper rpm cams U need one that has a intake valve closing of above 35*, and 235 -250 duration.

to look at most of the cams out there here's a link that U can compare them to each other.

U might also read through some of these to learn more to be able to make a good pick.

Do you get to 9.8:1 with just a head gasket change?
