I am almost done with the winter mods haha. I got the lepera barebones solo, shotgun shock and ride wright wheels.
I got the bike last June. It was bonestock.
then last September I added: 39" cholos, rsd 16"king apes, pm fast air cleaner, ss braided lines, vh fuel pack and got the front end powder coated black.
I'll post up pics when it's completely finished (hopefully tonight). In the mean time here are some teaser pics I guess.
Outstanding !!!!!! I guess the up and coming trend is putting the hub cap back on with a 21 front wheel. I am doing the same. I never really liked the hub cap with the 16 cross laced wheel. But with the 21 radial laced wheel I think it looks bad ***. Great Job !! Beautiful wheels!!
Coming together brother. Wheres the photos of the entire sled? Im not a fan of the dog bowl covering up the nice hub and spokes but thats just me. Good job.
Well guys, I have officially jumped on the "i hate ride wright" bandwagon. Here it goes.
I had my shop order my wheels on February 9. A week later, they call my buddy's shop informing him they forgot to add the $400 for the contrast cut. He basically told them to pound sand. I ended up paying half that. Well march 10 comes around and still no wheels. I give them a call myself. The guy I talked to (Mike), informed me the wheels where done a week and a half ago and was not sure why they hadn't been finished with the contrast cut. So he told me they would go on the machine Monday and ship Tuesday. They didn't end up shipping till last Friday. Wheels came in yesterday. They attempted to put them on today, only to realize they put the hub in the wheel for an 07, mine is an 06. So now we have to send the wrong part back and wait for the new one. I'm just at ends with this whole situation.
Looking good Ghost, cant wait to see the finished product.
Thats a bummer about WW but I think every company out there makes bonehead mistakes from time to time. All of us on here have our stories...I hope they get you on the road quick!
