new paint
Bought the bike last year with the silver/flame paint job. I didnt care much for it but thought it my grow on me, it didnt. I finally got the tins back from the painter last night and started reassembly. While I had it tore down I moved the horn to the front down tubes, painted the engine/cases with black engine paint and relocated the coil. I also ditched the 2 up seat for a Mustang solo and installed a Bassani Pro Street exhaust system (sounds better and runs way better than the Short Shots I had)

The old paint photo was with Straight Shots exhaust that I eventually replaced with Short Shots and I dont know what kind of seat it had when I bought it but is was like riding on plywood. I replaced it with a Saddlemen Profiler 2 up, which was replaced with the Mustang Tripper solo.

Thanx for the feedback, I'm really diggin it and I think the black paint is good for at least another 12 hp
