Here's mine. I got it from Licks Cycles for about a hundred bucks. A lot more then one from HD but the quality is awesome. Really thick leather and just really great quality throughout. I can get you better pictures if you want.

Your handlebar bag looks awesome. I'll have to check it out. Also... what rack do you have on the back? I was thinking about the HD tapered, but I'm also thinking about buying this touring bag. I guess the two should be compatible.....
To me when it come time to choose a handlebar bag was that the bag could handle a little rain...not talking about sitting in a 3 day rain but just a lil down pour. Ya know?
I have the Harley bag, you can see it if you go to My photo album but I don't really like it to be honest. It blows around to much when riding, like I can't get it tight enough up against my risers and bars. I have ordered the chrome side mount tear drop tool box for the right side of the bike and I am going to start putting all my stuff in there instead. Then put one on the left side for a few tools. Just some "food for thought"!!!
Does it have to be leather? If not, take a look at "Bandits Day Roll" on www.bikernet.com - Click the link to the store and it's right there. I have the Bed Roll and it's awesome. As soon as funds permit I'm getting the Day Roll as well.
Fox Creek Leather makes a good, high quality leather bag. They call it a "roll bag". Plenty of room, very good quality. They also have a small "tool bag" size bag.
