I am heading next week to Blue Ridge Pky, Dragon etc. So today I changed my tires to Cm II's and added Dyna beeds. So far so good.

 

What are you riding? I'll need new tires this year (09 night train-200/55r17 rear) & looking at the Commander II's. If there as good as they say I hope to get more then 5500 average miles that I got with Dunlop's or Metezler.

 

I put the 200/55/17 on my FLSTFB about 2k ago. Rode 1600 miles last weekend and loved the way it handled. Too early yet but no sign of wear yet

 

Fat Boy lo. I average 4000 per rear.

 

4000? I thought I got low milage! I've been on long rides the past 2 years-averaging just under 6000k. Last year I rode Metezer's & the rear needed replacing before I got home. It would be great if you could double your milage.

 

I put 8200 on my original Dunlop and I took it about 1k too long
