Thanks for the replies. I cant find my damn voltometer and my buddy has inlaw obligations, so I havent been able to try any of this out just yet. I did get to take the OL on a ride today. I didnt use my shifter and I believe that saved enough juice for the few times I needed to cut the bike off.
I am not upset with the shop. They did fix what I told them I thought I needed and the power issue is something they would not have found on a test ride. I just need to sort through my resources and see if I can find someone with enough knowledge to tell me what needs fixin. The language barrier makes it a bit tough to tell the shop what is going on in order for them to troubleshoot. It would be so much easier in the states....
Thanks again and I will keep you updated as I can.
Again thanks for the input. I came to the conclusion my Stator was fried. Well, I was right. For those of you who have no idea of what I mean I shall show ya, and for those of you that say the MOCO doesnt make any of its own parts anymore........

So.....the non-mechanic, came to that conclusion? That's a pretty good conclusion. At any rate, that thing is toast. Probably a short in the winding.
