Calling all Springers!
I have the Train look as well with the BigFrigginHeadlight mod. I've often considered the sprung seat like yours but I take some long trips with mine and that backrest is outstanding. Do you do any long trips (say couple of 400 mile days) with yours? Comfort level?

The most mileage I've done is 380 miles round trip in a day, curvy mountains and back hwys. For me, the sprung seat is very comfortable. The most discomfort I have would be the same as sitting at a desk all day. The need to stand up at a stop light once in a while is all it takes to cure that. This seat has less padding than the original thick tractor seat that came on the bones. It's not the padding that makes it comfortable...it's the shape. The repro WLA seat is shaped very well and is super comfortable. Honestly, I would never consider this bike for touring. Not because it's uncomfortable...it's just impractical. That and I have the softaillowering kit on it which obviously reduces rear suspension travel.
This is how my bike looked when I got it... Man...what a difference!

Seat is very comfy. As mentioned earlier, it is a full size "tractor" seat. Wouldn't look good on a bike such as yours (even if it was black), it's too wide for your slimmed bike. Pipe did come with a baffle...but it's pretty small. It's not too loud until you twist the wick.
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
I just ordered the SE high comp 110 kit, I can't tell you how pumped I am to give it a lashing! I went with the SE 259e cams, SE lifters push rods and springs and injectors, figure machine velocity stack, had the heads and TB sent away to be ported polished and port matched then bench flowed, TB mm was stretched a little larger and the heads also had over size valves done along with the deck shaved for 11:1 compression. My pipe is what's going to kill getting the best out of it though, might change it if it's real bad. Though being in a softail that only weighs the same weight as the lighter sportster models, no matter what pipe is on it should still be a lot of fun to thrash
As for brake check out the lyndall racing brakes rotors, suppose to be the ducks nuts, plus you can get the full rotor in a black ceramic composite. I went with their black 13" floating ceramic rotor, gold LRB pads and PM 6 piston caliper for the front, and I tell you what that rotor is crazy light weight, like maybe a couple hundred grams at most, awesome bit of gear.

Yeah you're right about the seat, I had to shape may seat fairly narrow to work with that skinny tank. But this was only intended as a "bar hopper", or for quick thrashes to the next city and back, so comfort came second to looks. I will build another bike that's for longer distances.
I'm curious how do you find the sound with that pipe? Is it like a 2-1 sound or more of a drag pipe sound or just unusual? I'm curious because obviously mines very simliar but I haven't heard it yet. The rear pipe enters the main section a little different which I guess could alter the sound a bit in comparison. The megaphone like shape gives me the impression it's going to be super loud too, is this the case?

Because of the very uneven lengths of the cylinder exit pipes it was a bitch to tune (I finally had to have it dyno tuned). PowerVision which was great when I had Rush slip ons was worthless for this pipe.
It's not a great pipe for performance...and I don't care. If I wanted fast, I'd buy a Ducati. I'll be interested in hearing the results of your pipe...It is really awesome looking.
The other pipe I was considering was teh Yaffe Skirt Blowers...but I went with the Covington because it is just so unique and reminds me of a V8 hot rod exhaust.
