I 'm going nuts!Can anyone tell me where I can find the negitive side of the coil.I am trying to wire a generac coil to my 2004 heritage.

The negative side of the coil should be the frame of the bike. I'm at work so I don't have a shop manual here right now.

*Edit*

If anything - Ohm it out. If you have a multimeter.

If I went to the frame that would be a ground.I'm looking for a pulse from the coil.The tac has 4 wires.A hot lead a ground a light.And the 4th wire calles for the negitive side of the coil.I'm thinking it should be the negitive side of the coil at the ign module.But i'm not sure and don't want to fry the ignition.
