Might be the starter. Had the same issue, but it was very intermittent. Would start fine, I'd stop for gas and then just click. Had to whack the starter with the butt end of a screwdriver to get it to turn over. The dealer finally replaced it under warranty, but it took awhile. Would only happen occasionally, and they could never replicate the problem. New starter, and no issues for 25k since.

Measure it when you hit the start button. I am assuming it won't start at all now, only clicks? Or take it and have it load tested at Autozone.

Sounds like the starter solenoid, or the starter itself, if battery is good and connection on battery tight.

Replace the relay that's doing the clicking under the seat.

Start with the least expense to fix. Does sound like relay or solenoid.

It could be the relay or an internal short on the solenoid or the starter. If you can remove the starter and have it tested multiple times. (not just once) something is definitely not making a complete circuit. If the starter tests fine then it could be the relay. You can test the relay but you will have to know which pole to energize to get the relay to work. A quick google research will give the instructions.
