I works by adding a collar to the outside of your existing shock bolt and replacing the cup washers, without having to remove the shocks at all?

If someone has used this, how long did it take? What tools did you use?
I have the same kit. Took about an hour to install. 1.5" is just right for me and I plan on dropping the front 1" with the progressive not so drop in kit. I already have the kit and a set of Ricor Intemidators just waiting for a rainy day when I am home to do the install.

Ive got that kit in my 2006 fsxt and love it. install was not to b ad jut follow instructions. Been running with this kit for over a year. You can go from stock height to 2 1/4" lowered with the twist of a wrench. I bought a stubby 15/16 wrench from my snap-on tool man and keep it in my fork bag.
