Default 04 Night Train value?

Bike has just under 40,000 miles on it. Has bags, winshield, pipes, backrest, etc. Also has 95 inch engine done by reputable dealership. Asking $10,000 does this sound reasonable? Any comments will be appreciated.

Does the engine have warranty? How many miles on the new engine? The KBB for that year is $9875 in excellent condition retail. Not sure I would go full value.

Are you buying or selling? 10k is absolute top dollar for that bike...a dealer might get that much for it... if they financed it and offered some kind of warranty. An individual trying to sell a bike with that many miles would not have a prayer of getting 10k

If you search "completed listings" on Ebay and see bikes that actually sold ...much newer Night Trains are having a hard time breaking 10k and higher mileage bikes are getting NO bids...too many low mileage garage queens to pick from.

Realistically it's worth what someone is willing to pay for it and what the other is willing to accept for it

I kinda thought it was a little pricey for the mileage. Not sure how many miles on engine and pretty sure no warranty. Even if the engine doesnt have many miles on it the rest of the machine still has alot of miles on it. Thanks for the replies.
