The market on used bikes is real soft right now, and it wouldn't go near that high around here, except at a dealer...keep in mind the bike is now 4 years old, and new '09' Night Trains start at $15,899 with full warranty behind it...judgement call...

Just get a new bike. Prices are dropping at the dealership due to the economy.

Another vote for a New Bike...
easier to finance (if you need to)
new factory warranty...
and knowing every mile you put on your new bike is yours...

Nooooooooooooooooooooo

dealers here in NJ are giving $2500 of a new bike across the board $200 for the new v-rod
if you are willing to drive you can get a great deal....I dont mean come to NJ but look 600 miles from home and you will be surprised to see what gets thrown at you

No.I hate to say it cause mines an 05 but if it's real clean you should be in the 10500 to 11000 range tops.I'm looking for a sportster now and have come across several Trains in Ga/Fl and the Carolinas in the above price ranges.Check Craig's list often. There have been some real good deals on there lately. I disagree with buying new.Let somebody else take the hit.Especially with the economy in the tank right now.
