side mount license plate????
I was thinking of getting a side mount license plate bracket for my 06 Standard. I really love the look of a side mount, and hate the "mudflap" stock bracket. I would like to expose the 200 tire a little more. The only problem that I foresee is with my saddlebags. I haven't mounted them yet, but i'm planning on getting some Easy Brackets and mount them that way. My saddlebags are on the small side but it doesnt look like I can have both saddlebags and a side mount due to space. Is there anybody out there that runs with a side mount and saddlebags? If I had to choose, I need my saddlebags.

Hey guys. I just ordered the Kuryakyn side mount and have a question about the wiring. I have an 06 Springer (FXSTS). On the 8 point harness that connects to the rear fender harness, is the red wire with yellow stripe the "Run" wire? I think it is, but confirmation would be great. (I am also assuming the black wire is ground). Thanks in advance for the help!! I'll post pics when I get it on. Take care!
