Angry No Electrical Power

I washed my 2003 Springer and afterwards I tried to start it and there isn't any electrical power to anything. I've tested the battery and it seems to be good. Is there a electrical fuse or breaker I can replace or reset to restore electrical power on this model? I bought this bike used and I've ridden it for over two years without any problems. I don't have a user's manual.

My bike is newer but I imagine that they still have the main fuse right?
Check that?

+1, check main fuse, also make sure everything under the seat is still all firmly connected and dry
