Removed the baffles from my V&H Big Radius 2 into 2. LOVE the sound! Deep and throaty, LOUD, and i dig the decel popping. But i am worried what it might do to the bike long term, anything i should watch for? Problems?

Watch for running too lean, loss of power and pissed off neighbors.
Put some Thunder Torque Inserts in, you will keep the sound and gain back the low and mid range power Plus some, and you won't be any leaner than before.
I ran baffleless Rush slip-ons for 9200 miles thru 16 states and into Canada earlier this summer. Not a single problem from anyone. Maybe I got lucky?
Just got back from a 4 state run this weekend...no problems.
As far as the dyno or any retuning, with the TTI's the AFR will be very close to the same it was with the baffles, so if the tune was good with the baffles, it will be the same with the TTI's.
I have the V&H short shots and when I got my bike they didn't have any baffles in them. I didn't care for the way it sounded or ran so I put them back in. It doesn't seem any quieter now, but it's a deeper, more pleasant tone. Runs much better as well.
yep i agree with others, i pulled the baffles on my stock exhaust and long time riders (read old school) were surprised at how loud stock exhaust with pulled baffles were
it was too loud for my situation and i took a noticeable loss in performance and gas mileage but after the tti's i was happy with sound ....hammering and decel (sometimes shifting is just music to me now) my performance improved enough that i dont mind waiting for the exhaust i have been dreaming of.
i just monitored my plugs after every change to see if i may be having any engine issues as you can clearly see lean/rich conditions by watching the plugs. if you have a tuner like tts or pv you are laughing (i do not but i wish i did)
