Default Her Transformation Has Begun

Purchased this 2005 Deluxe a couple months ago. I have been doing some extensive reading on the site gathering ideas for upgrades and additions. I think I know the direction which I am heading. Bike only has 9,000 miles on her and looks as tho it was very well kept. Attached picture is how she looks now. Seat and handlebars will be changed as soon as parts come in. After that I will concentrate on replacing most essential parts with chrome. I would like to thank all for being so informative about parts and issues.

Nice bike Dude, congrates to you and let the fun begin. If you "mod'ing it" there is a suspension mod that is a must have for your bike. It looks sweet as it is but that 1 mod will knock it out of the park.

That bike is already great looking. Enjoy the journey. Remember the beginning well, 'cause the end will never be reached. Ask any of us!

Ride safe!

It's a very nice bike. What kind of seat and handlebars are you going with?

Going with Le Pera Silhouette, though about the Bare Bone but decided on Silhouette. Seat, pillion and fender bib in mail should be here today. As far as handlebars, I'm going with Burly Beach Bars. First have to put in shop to replace cover (cowbell) on front fork. Bike fell and bend top cover on fork. Called insurance and repair cost does not exceed deductible. So that's a small set back. Thanks to all, for checking her out and comments.

I agree with the previous posts. The bike looks nice already. I really like those rims. Make sure that you include some after pictures to go with the before picture you posted already.
